Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes, at Von Diamonds we strictly adhere to the Kimberley Process to ensure all our diamonds are conflict-free and ethically sourced from reputable suppliers.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every piece from Von Diamonds comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and certifications intact.
Can I get my ring resized?
We provide one complimentary resizing within the first 60 days of purchase for most standard ring designs. Please contact our concierge team to initiate the process.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
All individual diamonds over 0.5 carats are accompanied by an official grading report from recognized laboratories such as GIA or IGI to guarantee quality and authenticity.
